DATE : 05/10/2021 Civil Application (caw) No.492 of 2021 By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay for bringing the legal heirs of deceased petitioner on record, who has passed away on 11.11.2019, the reason given is Covid - 2019 pandemic, considering which, delay is condoned. The application is allowed.

Civil Application (caw) No.493 of 2021 and Civil Application (caw) No.494 of 2021 By these applications, the applicant seeks setting aside of abatement and bringing legal heirs of deceased petitioners on record.

Mr. Deshpande, learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 have no objection. None appears for the other respondents.

The civil applications are allowed.

The memo of the petition be corrected by the end of this week.
