CIVIL APPLICATION NO.4338/2019 This is an application filed by the applicant-appellant for setting aside the order dated 3.1.2019 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial).

Heard. Perused the application. It is submitted that since the office objections were not removed, the learned Registrar (Judicial) dismissed the appeal. Learned advocate undertakes to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks. In view thereof, the application is allowed. The order dated 3.1.2019 passed by the learned Registrar is quashed and set aside and Second Appeal St. No.25636/2018 is restored to the file. M.C.A. stands disposed of.
