DATED :- JANUARY 17, 2024 The appellant/accused has placed a Pursis that he has already undergone the sentence passed by the Sessions Court, Amravati and the Central Jail Authority has handed over the release certificate to him for completion of conviction.

The release certificate is attached along with the Pursis which shows that he is released on 24/05/2020. In support of his contention he placed on record the affidavit also contending that he was arrested on 30/11/2007 and was in custody for three months as under trial prisoner and thereafter on 10/02/2009 he was put in custody. Thus, he was in a jail for one year and 9 months, thus, the applicant undergone two years imprisonment in jail. The Additional Sessions Judge, Amravati in Sessions Case No.49/2008 convicted him to undergo rigorous imprisonment for three years with fine of Rs.500/- and in default simple imprisonment for 15 days. Thus, he has undergone the entire sentence.

In view of that the appeal becomes infructuous.

Accordingly, the appeal is disposed of as infructuous.
