1. These applications are filed to condone the delay caused in filing the restoration application and to restore the petition. The learned AGP has not objected to the applications. Moreover, the learned Advocate for the petitioner undertakes to remove the office objections within one week from today.

2. In view of the above and the reasons stated in the applications, both applications are allowed as prayed for.

3. It is made clear that if he fails to remove the office objections as undertaken, the order shall stand vacated.

4. As such, the delay in filing the restoration application is hereby condoned, and the petition is restored to its original position.
