Since the appeal preferred by the petitioner challenging the imposition of penalty under Section 48(7) and 48(8) of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 is pending before respondent 5, Additional Collector, Buldhana, I am not inclined to entertain the petition.

The petitioner shall appear before the Additional Collector, Buldhana on 21-4-2022 and shall produce copy of this order.

Respondent 5 shall decide the pending appeal within seven days from the appearance of the petitioner. 6.
