(2) The allegation is that the applicant stalked and sexually harassed a minor. The report is lodged by the mother of the minor victim.

(3) Considering that the applicant claims to be a student and is relatively young, I am inclined to confirm the pre arrest protection. However, strict conditions shall have to be imposed since the allegation is that the applicant, at some times accompanied by dubious elements, threatened and abused not only the victim, also her mother. (4) The interim protection granted vide order dated 28.02.2020 is made absolute subject to the condition that the applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction limits of Akola Municipal Corporation till the conclusion of the trial, unless

(5) It is made abundantly clear that in the event of breach of the condition, the pre-arrest protection may be cancelled, if such a request is made by the prosecution. JUDGE Wagh
