The civil application seeks withdrawal of the amount of gratuity.

Mr.
De, learned counsel for respondents/applicants submits that the respondent no.1-A, who is the widow of the original respondent, be permitted to withdraw the gratuity amount, as deposited before the Controlling Authority along with interest accrued thereon, for which, the respondent no.1-A is willing to furnish an indemnity bond.

Mrs. Venkatraman, learned counsel for the petitioners though opposes, considering that the matter is of the year 2015, the respondent no.1-A is permitted to withdraw the amount of gratuity, deposited by the petitioners before the Controlling Authority, subject to execution of an indemnity bond to the satisfaction of the Controlling Authority. 4.
The civil application is accordingly allowed and disposed of. No order as to costs.
