As Shri Shareef, learned Counsel makes a statement that he is appearing for the respondent nos.12 and 13, there is no need to serve them. In so far as the respondent nos.1 to 5 and 8 to 11 are concerned, they are sought to be served by paper publication. In the trial Court also they are not appearing.

In view of the fact that they are all residents of Nagpur, the civil application to the above extent of service upon respondent nos.1 to 5 and 8 to 11 by paper publication in the local Daily Lokmat Samachar is allowed. The civil application stands disposed of.
