This is an application for grant of permission to file an appeal against indigent person under Order XLIV Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

As per order dated 31.3.2017, a report as regards financial status of the applicants through the Collector, Akola was called for within a period of six weeks from that day. 4.

Today, learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri S.B. Bissa for non-applicant No.2/State has filed a Pursis dated 20.7.2018 stating therein that non-applicant No.2/Collector, Akola has sent the report of the financial stratus of applicant Sheelabai wd/o Sanjay Maske and others. The said Pursis and the report are taken on record and marked as Exhibit-X.

Perusal of the report from the Collector, Akola shows that applicant Sheelabai does not have any property in her name. Hence, applicant No.1 Sheelabai is declared as an indigent person and allowed to file the appeal.

The Misc. Civil Application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly.
