Though the learned Counsel has moved this motion for speaking to the minutes in respect of order dated 05.07.2024 for adding such contents, but the same is not permissible as the said order was passed by the earlier Bench.

However, it appears that the learned Counsel for the respondent-Union of India is having some confusion as to where the amount of compensation is to be deposited.

The learned Counsel for the respondent-Union of India is ready for depositing the amount of compensation.

In view of the same, the respondent/Union of India is directed to deposit the amount of compensation as granted by this Court under order dated 05.07.2024, with this Court within two weeks.
