Heard learned Counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers from which it reveals that the evidence discloses the participation of the present applicant in the conspiracy. Moreover, his blood stained clothes are also recovered. Considering the incriminating evidence against the present applicant, at this stage, no case is made out, therefore I have shown my disinclination to grant bail. Hence, learned Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file after receipt of the CA report.
