This is an application made by respondent No.1 for withdrawal of compensation amount deposited by the appellant in this Court.

The respondent No.1 is allowed to withdraw 50 % of the amount subject to undertaking to the effect that respondent No.1 will return the said amount in case the appeal is decided against respondents alongwith interest at the rate that will be determined by the Court. The
