2.

Civil Application No. 1555/2019, seeking directions is rejected, as it claims a relief of direction to respondents not to terminate service of petitioners. The prayer for interim relief travels beyond the scope of the petition, hence, it cannot be entertained. Petitioners are at liberty to adopt appropriate procedure to challenge the termination.

Order 2606wp1919.19 2.

The claim of petitioners is that only half of the salary is being paid to them. However, this is disputed by respondents. They state that entire salary has been paid to petitioners through bank account. 3.

Disputed questions of facts are involved and we find that this cannot be gone into in writ jurisdiction. Petitioners are at liberty to adopt appropriate remedy. Writ Petition is thus, dismissed. All questions raised are kept on. No costs.
