The First Appeal was finally decided and dismissed by this Court on 26/10/2021. The present application is moved by respondent no. 1 for withdrawal of amount.

While dismissing the appeal, respondent no. 1 was allowed to withdraw the amount along with accrued interest, which was deposited before Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Yavatmal. 3.

The amount of Rs. 25,000/- along with accrued interest is lying with this Court. In view thereof, permission is granted to withdraw the same along with accrued interest on furnishing bank details.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.

Registry is directed to disburse the amount in the bank account of respondent no. 1.
