The petition claims the reliefs in terms of prayer clauses (i) and (ii), which are reproduced below. "(i) Direct the respondents to relax or delete the condition of having Rs.10,000/- in average in the bank account of Bachat Gat of the bidder in the E-tender notice No.1 issued for second time for period 2019-20 (Annex.VI), in the interest of justice;

(ii) Direct the respondents to modify the condition of having Rs.10,000/- in average in the bank account of Bachat Gat of the bidder in the E-tender notice No.1 issued for second time for period 2019-20
