By order dated 30.3.2022, this Court granted Stay to impugned common judgment and order dated 5.4.2021 passed by learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Buldhana in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.6/2015 since learned counsel Shri D.N.Kukday for the appellant made a statement that entire decreetal amount shall be deposited within four weeks.

Today, learned counsel Shri D.N.Kukday for the appellant submits that entire decreetal amount under award has been deposited.
