By order of the Registrar (Judicial), the Writ Petition stood dismissed for want of removal of office objections.

It is claimed by the applicant / original petitioner that the order came to be passed, as the office of the learned counsel, due to bonafide mistake, could not note the peremptory order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) on 14/01/2019.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed and delay is condoned.

Consequently, the Writ Petition is restored and it shall now be listed fo r consideration before this Court in the week commencing 12th July, 2021.
