The prayer is opposed by Mr. Kasat, learned counsel for respondent no.3.

Considering the reasons assigned, the delay in filing the First Appeal stands condoned, subject to applicant-appellant not being entitled for interest on the amount of compensation, if enhanced, for the period from 31st December, 2013 till 25th February, 2016. Civil Application is disposed of.
