Mr. A. V. Band, learned counsel for applicants submits that before approaching this Court, the applicants have approached for grant of bail before the trial Court. He further submits that after rejection of the bail application of the applicants, the investigating officer has filed the chargesheet. Therefore, he wishes to file an application afresh before the trial Court for grant of bail and seeks permission to withdraw the application with liberty to file an application before the Court below.

In that view of the matter, the application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to file bail application afresh before trial Court in view of the changed circumstance i.e. filing of charge-sheet. It is made clear that this Court has not heard the matter on its own merit.
