It is stated in the application that R.No. 3 - Shri. Chintaman Domaji Nimbalkar has expired on 06/10/2019 and no relief is sought against the said respondent in the present appeal. Thus, the applicant wants to delete the name of aforesaid respondent. Hence, at the risk of applicant, deletion of name of R.No. 3 - Shri. Chintaman Domaji Nimbalkar is allowed. Necessary amendments be carried out in the cause title of the matter within three weeks.
