The delay in this case is of 1184 days.

Considering such a long delay, learned counsel for appellant-claimants submits that subject to condition of applicant not claim the interest for the period from the date of award dated 30.08.2012, till today. The application for condonation of delay may be allowed. The statement is accepted and subject to condition that appellant will not be entitled for the interest on the enhanced amount of compensation from the period from 30.08.2012 till the date.
