"Heard for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, learned counsel for the applicant seeks time to go through the charge-sheet filed against the informant and others to make additional submission, if any."

Learned counsel for applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the application to approach the learned Sessions Court, afresh in view of change in the circumstance, which is bail granted to the co-accused by the Sessions Court vide order dated 10.04.2023.

Permission is granted.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
