07/03/2024 Learned Counsel for petitioner restricted his prayer for early disposal of the Regular Civil Suit pending before the learned Joint Civil Judge (Junior Division), Nagpur and not pressing the other reliefs. In view thereof, no notice to respondent is required. 2.

Considering the age of petitioner, it would be appropriate for the learned Joint Civil Judge (Junior Division), Nagpur to make an endeavour to dispose of Regular Civil Suit as early as possible preferably within a period of 9 months from today.

Parties shall co-operate for early disposal of the Suit.

With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of.
