This is an application for addition of present Chief Executive Officer (C.E.O.) Mr. Dadarao Dattatraya Dolharkar, Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Karanja Lad, Dist. Washim as a respondent No. 4 and consequential amendment in the contents of the petition.

As the presence of the respondent No. 4 is necessary for adjudication of the petition, application is allowed.

The necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week.

After effecting amendment, issue notice to respondent No. 4.
