Since the only prayer made by the petitioner is for a direction to the respondent No.2, the Divisional Controller, Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation, Sangali to protect his services, the Nagpur Bench of the High Court would not have a jurisdiction to entertain and decide the writ petition. Shri Khati, the learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition so that the writ petition could be filed before the Principal Seat.

Permission is granted, as prayed for. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
