Mohta, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have taken away the case papers from him and hence he has no instructions to proceed further. As per order dated 04/03/2020 the petitioners were required to deposit an amount of Rs.86,00,000/- in this Court within period of four weeks from the date of the order. Shri M. R. Johrapurkar, learned counsel for the respondents submits that such amount has not been deposited. In the light of aforesaid it appears that the petitioners have no intention to prosecute the petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
