For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The applicants be impleaded as party-respondent Nos.8 to 14 in this petition. Necessary amendment be carried out at the earliest.

Civil Application [CAW] No.371/2018 :

Heard Shri V.P. Mohod, learned Counsel for the applicants-intervenors.

The original objection application was filed on 12/05/2017 by in all 20 persons. Out of these 20 persons, who were the objectors, this Court has already granted permission to implead 10 persons as respondents. This application also claims that all the applicants were the objectors, but the application has been filed by 14 persons and whereas the objection

wp.7007.17 2/2 application dated 12/05/2017 was filed by only 20 persons. After having found that out of those 20 persons, now 10 persons are already before this Court as respondents, only 9 more persons could have been ascertained and found to be the parties to the original objection application dated 12/05/2017. But this application paints a different picture. The application, therefore, cannot be said to be bona fide and it deserves to be rejected.

The application stands rejected.

Writ Petition No.7007/2017:

Heard.

Issue notice for final disposal at the admission stage to the respondent, returnable on 10th July, 2018. Shri B.G. Kulkarni, learned Counsel waives service of notice on behalf of newly added respondent Nos.8 to 14.
