The applicant who is aged 18 years is in custody since 16.12.2019 in connection with offence punishable under Section 354-A, 354-D of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (for short '

POCSO Act') 2] The accusation against the applicant is that he stalked the child victim and teased her. There is no allegation of any physical contact.

3] I do not see any justification for further incarceration of the applicant in custody.

4] The application is allowed.

5] The applicant shall be released on furnishing

7] It is made abundantly clear that if the applicant contacts either the complainant or her family members, the bail granted may be revoked.
