A limited prayer made in this writ petition is that the proposal sent by the respondent No.2/school for family pension of the petitioner is pending before the respondent No.1/Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur and he has not decided the same. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, restricts his prayer to the extent to direct the respondent No.1 to decide the proposal for release of family pension in favour of the petitioner, within a stipulated period.

The learned counsel for the respondent No.1 fairly states that the Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur will decide the proposal.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.1/Education Officer nd.thawre

(Primary), Zilla Parishad, Nagpur, to decide the proposal in question, within a period of three weeks from today. 5.
