MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.4699 OF 2015 Prayer is to restore the first appeal that was dismissed for non payment of costs. For the reasons stated in the application, the conditional order dated 10/03/2014 is recalled. However, the applicant to pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within a period of four weeks from today. Similarly, said order dated 10/03/2014 be complied within a period of four weeks.

If aforesaid directions are not complied, earlier order dated 10/03/2014 shall revive. Misc. Civil application is disposed of.
