Perused the orders dated 15.02.2018 and 07.09.2018. Also perused the report submitted by the Naib Tahsildar dated 25.01.2019 in which it has been stated that the applicant is residing in a structure of two rooms admeasuring 9 Feet X 20 Feet and that field Survey No.5/1 admeasuring 61 R stands in the name of the applicant's wife. The applicant to furnish details as regards these properties as well as other properties if any in the name of his family members.

Same be done within a period of two weeks. In the meanwhile, no coercive steps be taken for executing the impugned award in Darkhast No.76 of 2017.

Civil application stands disposed of.
