By this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation, and implementation of the judgment and award passed in Claim Petition No. 15/2013 passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gondia. 2.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation within a period of eight weeks along with accrued interest, the effect, operation, and implementation of the judgment and award passed by the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Gondia in Claim Petition No. 15/2013 be stayed till disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court.

Civil Application (CAF) No. 2411/2021 is disposed of. JUDGE rkn
