Heard Mr. Kaptan, learned Senior Counsel alongwith Mr. Khubalkar, learned Counsel for the applicant for quite some time and Mr. Rode learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

When the Court expressed that it was not inclined to grant bail at this stage, Mr. Kaptan, ld. Senior Counsel upon instructions seeks to withdraw the application with liberty to file application afresh after four months.

The request is accepted. The Criminal Application stands disposed of with liberty to file afresh
