The only correction sought is for the modification of the relief granted vide para 17 (b) of the judgment dated 13/09/2023 passed by this Court, which directs the interest to be paid from the date of policy instead of from 01/11/2015, as prayed in prayer Clause (iii) of the petition (pg.44).

Since that is the relief claimed in the original petition itself, the relief granted vide para 17 (b) of the judgment dated 13/09/2023, is modified to indicate that the interest could be from 01/11/2015.

The Misc. Civil Application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
