2) Learned Assistant Government Pleader has not opposed the said prayer.

3) For the reasons disclosed in the application, the same is allowed as prayed. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today.

WRIT PETITION NO. 4512 OF 2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner will canvas the issue in dispute before the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (MAT). In view of the same, he prayed for the withdrawal of the present writ petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the MAT as permissible in Law.

2) In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
