24/03/ The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of Civil Revision Application. Second Appeal St. No.18786/2022 came to be dismissed for want of removal of office objections by the order of the Registrar (Judicial) dated 10/01/2023. Due to inadvertent mistake on the part of the Advocate, the objections could not be removed and when it was noticed, the matter was dismissed.

The application is supported by affidavit of learned Counsel for appellant.

The delay of 23 days in filing restoration application is hereby condoned subject to costs of Rs.500/- to be paid to the High Court Bar Library, Nagpur within a period of one week. As such, the application is allowed.

The Registry is directed to register the Misc. Civil Application.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.4284/2023 1.
The present application is filed for restoration of Civil Revision Application which was rejected by the order of the Registrar (Judicial). There was objections in respect of filing of certified copies.

It is submitted that due to oversight, the conditional order was not noted and the office objections could not be removed. In view thereof, registration of Civil Revision Application is refused by order of the Registrar (Judicial). For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. 3.
The order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 10/01/2023 is hereby set aside.

The Registry is directed to register the Civil Revision Application on its original stamp number, subject to costs as directed above in Civil Application No.427/2023.
5.
After registration of Civil Revision Application, the applicant to remove office objections within one week.
