Perused the FIR. Applicant is main accused who beat the deceased on his face and after sometime, he taken out knife from his pocket and gave its blow 2 to 3 times on the stomach of the deceased. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that other accused are granted bail by this court.

From the perusal of order and FIR, it appears that other accused beat the deceased only by fists and blows. They have not used any sharp weapon. Present applicant is main accused who is responsible for the death of the

ba 190.19.dot deceased. Investigation is complete. Charge-sheet is filed. Earlier bail application came to be withdrawn by the applicant. Complainant himself is eye-witness of the incident. Hence, following order.

(i) Application is rejected.

(ii).

Trial court is directed to decide the trial within 6 months.
