Learned counsel Shri K.H.Anandani for the applicant submitted that all other accused are released on bail except the present applicant. The applicant was under the treatment of doctor. Learned Counsel has pointed out medical certificate and submitted that the applicant sustained fracture to his collar bone. Therefore, he was unable to move for about two months. He is falsely involved in the crime. Hence, learned Counsel prays for grant of bail. 3.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mrs.M.H.Deshmukh strongly objected the application. 4.

There is no dispute that the investigation is complete. Chargesheet is filed. Punishment provided under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code is up to ten years or life imprisonment. The applicant is in jail since 28.8.2018. Further detention is not necessary. Hence, the following .....2/-

The application is allowed. The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty-five thousand only) with on solvent surety in the like amount on the following conditions.

The applicant shall not tamper the evidence of prosecution witnesses.

7.

The applicant shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.
