The counsel has received communication dated 17/11/2015 from Executive Engineer Bembla project VIDC Yavatmal. That the above referred matter is settled in Lok-Adalat held on 11/04/2015 at Yavatmal. The copy of said communication is filed on record as Document No.1. The above referred matter is at Sr.No.12 in the list given in said communication dated 17/11/2015. In view of aforesaid position and the instruction for withdraw of appeal contained in aforesaid letter, therefore the appellant wants to withdraw the instant appeal as settled in Lok-Adalat.
