This is an application for condonation of delay of 43 days caused in filing the appeal challenging order of acquittal. The appellant has canvassed the reason that after receipt of papers, the appellant required some time to give instructions to their Advocate and due to

In view of above, for the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application stands allowed and disposed of. The delay caused in filing appeal is hereby condoned. Criminal Appeal be registered.
