The petitioner is the citizen of India, who seeks an action against respondent no.2 the Union Health Minister and respondent no.8 M/s Patanjali Ayurved, who allegedly promoted the Coronil drug without their being any permission from World Health Organization. 3.

It is contended that respondent no.6 Indian Medical Association has issued code of conduct, which has been violated. The petitioner has produced printouts of some News Paper publications and some websites (page 11 to 13) to contend that there is such a violation. 4.

The petitioner in his personal capacity has filed this petition, who has not shown any violation of right. The entire action is based on some News Paper publications which has no any authenticity.

Having regard to all above, we do not see any reason to entertain the petition.
