DATED : 11.09.2019 Shri R.N. Ghuge, learned Counsel for the non-applicant oppose the claim f the transfer on the ground that non-applicant is not keeping good health on psychological side and is ready to bear the travel expenses.

As there are other proceedings initiated by the applicant, pending on the Court at Pusad, and the applicant being custodian of her child aged about 2 years, it will be appropriate, in my opinion to allow the application in terms of prayer clause (i).
