Learned Additional Public Prosecutor makes a statement that within two weeks the charge-sheet would be filed in the Trial Court. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to apply for discharge in the Trial Court after charge-sheet is filed. Respondent no.3 Dhyneshwar Madhusudan Dhabe seeks liberty to participate in the proceeding before the trial court after charge-sheet is filed. His request to take papers on record of this case need not be considered here and with liberty to file all the documents, if so advised, before the trial court, we pass the following order.

ORDER

Criminal Application (APL) No.168 of 2015 is disposed of reserving liberty in favour of the applicant to apply for discharge, if so advised.

Respondent no.3 shall be allowed to participate in the proceedings before the competent Court where charge-sheet would be filed.
