Heard Shri B.G. Kulkarni, learned counsel for the applicants/ petitioners and Shri A.S. Ashirgade, learned AGP for the respondents.

The learned AGP is still awaiting instructions. 4.

Shri Kulkarni, learned counsel submits that inadvertent error, not having any bearing on the matter, is being corrected by adding the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Washim, as party respondent. 5.

We have perused the orders dated 15.01.2018, disposing of Writ Petition No. 190 of 2018.

We are satisfied with the addition of the Education Officer, Zilla Parishad, Washim, as respondent No. 5 does not in any way cause prejudice to anybody. Hence, civil application is allowed. Necessary amendment be carried out immediately.
