This application is filed by applicant for condonation of 135 days' delay caused in filing this appeal against judgment dated 10/8/2018 passed by learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, Wardha in Sessions Case No.92/2016 by which applicant came to be convicted for the offence punishable under Section 302 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to suffer imprisonment for life and to pay fine of Rs.50,000/-. For the grounds mentioned in the application, delay is found satisfactorily explained. The same is condoned. The application is accordingly allowed.
