Mr.Y.B.Mandpe, learned Counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, states that, due to passage of time, the challenge is rendered infructuous. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise grievance in relation to pension and other terminal benefits. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as 'withdrawn' with liberty, as prayed for.
