By the present application, the appellant seeks direction to respondent No.2 to deposit an amount of Rs.25,87,540.50 in terms of the order passed by this Court.

The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 has submitted that respondent No.2 has deposited the amount mentioned in the application and also submitted calculations by filing pursis showing balance amount of Rs.3,23,715/- towards interest. 04.

The learned Counsel for the appellant does not dispute the calculations. However, according to him, the interest is calculated up to 04/07/2024 and the interest from 04/07/2024 till the date is yet to be calculated. The learned Counsel for respondent No.2 does not dispute the position.

Hence, respondent No.2 is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.3,23,715/- along with interest on delayed payment from 04/07/2024 till the date with this Court within a period of three weeks from today. After depositing the amount, the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the same along with interest accrued thereon in terms of the impugned award.
