Present application is by the applicant/appellant for seeking stay to the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 26.09.2019 passed by the Joint Civil Judge Senior Divisionm Yavatmal in L.A.C. No.44 of 2015. 2.

Mr Marathe, learned Advocate for appellant submitted that the amount of compensation is yet to be deposited. 3.

On depositing the amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest with statutory benefits within eight weeks, the effect and operation of the impugned judgment and decree dated 26.09.2019 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. 4.

On failure to deposit the amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest with statutory benefits within the above said period, the stay granted will be automatically vacated without further reference to the Court.

The civil application is disposed of.
