By this application the appellants seeks condonation of delay of 121 days in filing an appeal against the award dated 10.07.2018, passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Chandrapur in M.A.C.P. No.172/2013. The reason given is administrative exigency occasioned of the matter being sent to the Legal Department for opinion and requisition the sanction of the appropriate amount of the stamp duty.

2 CAF3413.2019 Considering the reason mentioned in the application, the delay of 121 days in filing First Appeal is condoned. The civil application is allowed accordingly. Office is directed to register the appeal.
