Present application is filed by the applicants for condonation of delay in filing application for restoration of Contempt Petition (St.) No.6258/2021. There is a delay of 7 days.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. The delay in filing application for restoration is hereby condoned.

Misc. Civil Application St. No.4210/2022 This application is filed by the applicants for restoration of Contempt Petition St. No.6258/2021 which was dismissed by order dated 9.12.2021 passed by the Registrar (Judicial), for want of removal of office

2 5cao364.22.odt objections. It is submitted that due to inadvertent mistake could not mark the Contempt Petition (St.) No.6258/2021 which was listed on 9th December, 2021 and objection is not removed.

Considering the averment made in the application, the application is allowed and disposed of. Registry is directed to restore the Contempt Petition (St.) No.6258/2021 subject to deposit of costs of Rs.1,000/- with the High Court Bar Library, within a period of one week.

Office objection be removed within two weeks.
